Working hours: 12:00 to 20:30 pm with half hour break (With a level of flexibility).
- Customers service:
Receive incoming communications (Calls, Messages, and or Emails)
Arrange appointments for Showroom, Fashion designer, and Business manager.
Welcoming visitors and customers
Follow up with the customers' accounts, taking notes and customers' requests.
Follow up and update social media platforms.
Closing deals:
- Follow up with operations.
Following up with Ready to Wear and Custom Made production operations to meet the Designer's view, customers' requests and the Foundation's standards.
Keep following on the Quality of the products which are on process and ready to be delivered to the customers.
- Quality assurance:
Keep an attention eye and maintain the operations' quality, cleanness of the workshop, Office, Showroom. To meet the Foundation's standards.
Assure the quality of the products before fitting and deliver to customers.
- Keep the raw materials, stationary and available.
- Data entry.
- Any other duties needed.
Qualifications:
- Very good level of English
- Very good level of MS-Office
- Excellent level of attention to details
- Excellent level of customers services
- Initiatives maker, and solution seeker.
- Calm, polite, and always wearing smile.
- University degree is not a must.
- Experience is not a must.
