Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing extensive literature studies, feasibility studies for the development of drug formulation.
- Identifying process critical steps and process optimization.
- Performing research on pharmacokinetics, and biostudy protocols.
- Performing pre-formulation trials for drugs under development.
- Following up on development products timelines.
- Preparing SOPs on new testing/ development methods, or on new operation of new equipment.
- Following up junior formulator works and reports.
- Arrange worked assigned by head of formulation and distribute it between subordinates.
- Preparing periodic reports with respect to the R&D- product development function’s activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor.
- Coordinate with R&D – AR (analytical research) to ensure workflow between formulation and analytical development teams.
- Work with R&D-AR (analytical research) to establish the stability and suitability of developed drug products
- Writing development reports and other supporting documents needed for drug product registration.
- Performing process robustness and optimization studies.
Requirments:
B.Sc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Chemical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
