Position Overview:
The Authentication Assistant will be responsible of records arrangement under the supervision of the Authentication Supervisor; from organizing filing system, updating data for all incoming and outgoing documents, to performing other general administrative office-related tasks.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Create, Maintain, and handle data entry;
2. Photocopy educational documents for both schools and universities and prepare the documents for verification;
3. Conduct daily Filing for the copies of the outgoing documents;
4. Answer phone calls and provide information about the authentication services when inquired;
5. Maintain accurate and up to date filing and records in compliance with the instructions;
6. Follow AMIDEAST standard operating procedures;
7. Follow up daily on the call log sheet and respond to requests or deliver requests to the relevant department or position;
8. Receive the training (orientation) on Testing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and apply for the certification of Testing Center Administrator (TCA) for the official qualification to perform proctoring tasks;
9. Provide full assistance for tests’ proctoring to the Testing Department when needed;
10. Assist AMIDEAST staff when support is requested;
11. Perform any other AMIDEAST work-related duties requested by the Program Manager or Country Director.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field;
• Proficiency in Arabic and English;
• Computer literacy in MS Office;
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities;
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills;
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation
