Role Specific Information
NRC Youth Programme provides skills training, including vocational training and life skills, to youth in Zaatari camp. The Team Leader provides strategic and implementation oversight of NRC Youth Skills Training Programme at site-level in Zaatari camp.
Generic Responsibilities:
- Management of project staff.
- Implement plan of action for delegated portfolio of Core Competency projects (activities, budget and project documentation).
- Day to day follow of progress in project implementation.

We are looking for a university graduate, with a minimum of 3 years previous experience working with youth and/or education projects in a humanitarian/recovery context. Previous experience working in vocational training centers, preferably with linkages to livelihood programs, capable of handling fast paced environments has past experience in managing a team. Previous experience working in complex and volatile contexts. Excellent reporting skills in English and Arabic languages.

٢- Technical Youth Assistant - Tailoring Production Line "Nationals Only"
Role Specific Information
NRC Youth Program is implementing a tailoring production line in Za’atari camp, this production line was built to give the opportunity to NRC graduates from tailoring training to experience the real work environment, practice what they have learned as students in real life projects and to create livelihood opportunities in the first place by producing the required products and achieving reasonable income in the same time.
Generic Responsibilities:
- Adhere to NRC policies, tools, handbooks and guidelines.
- Assist a range of support with the implementation of the Core Competency portfolio according to plan of action.

- Participating in implementation on a daily basis in the tailoring production line activities, supervising and monitoring day-to-day implementation and coordination with the Youth Project management.

- Responsible for all production inquiries such as; managing workflows, prepare procurement requests, report expected delivery and insure high quality products.
- Coordinate with site operations officer, warehouse supervisor to maintain smooth operations and constancy of materials.
- In a fast paced environment like garment, this role is an integral part of the production process. S/He must be competent and comprehend complex operations. You should also be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
- Ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality in the most optimized value for money manner.
- Select and hire labour in the tailoring production line and conduct monthly performance management for the labors.
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance, and Enforce strict safety guidelines and production quality standards

Role Specific Information
The Protection Officer (Urban) will provide day-to-day support to NRC programme teams, referral focal points and support staff managing contractors in host communities in line with identified protection mainstreaming priorities. The Protection Officer will support programme teams in utilising and maintaining an updated protection mainstreaming tool to ensure integrated and safe programming and will be responsible for field level internal and external coordination and information sharing on protection trends to support NRC protection advocacy efforts.

٥- Technical Accountability Assistant - Azraq
Roles and Responsibilities
As a humanitarian organization, NRC must remain accountable to the affected population it serves. In particular, NRC seeks to regularly engage with affected communities and to ensure all feedback and complaints received are addressed, followed up, and utilized to enhance the office’s understanding of the consequences of its programming. To increase accountability and impact, NRC is strengthening existing mechanisms through the established centralized, transparent and widely communicated complaints, response and feedback mechanism (CRFM). The purpose of the technical accountability assistant is to be NRC Jordan’s first point of contact with beneficiaries intending to submit complaints in the field. The technical accountability assistant will record all complaints in a centrally tracked CRFM database, overseen and managed by the accountability coordinator based in Amman. The technical accountability assistant ensures that beneficiaries understand NRC’s mechanisms for processing complaints and are familiar with various methods through which they are able to communicate their complaints and concerns with NRC Jordan. Moreover, they ensure that the complaints are recorded as the complainants intended.

- Handle and process beneficiary contacts received through phone, in person visits, calls, emails, and complaint boxes. This includes i) collection of comprehensive beneficiary information and their feedback/complaint ii) accurate recording and categorization of the case in the CRFM database, and iii) following up and eventually closing the case with beneficiaries according to CRFM SOPs.
- Raise awareness on NRC Jordan’s CRFM internally and externally- through provision of regular information dissemination activities and training/refresher sessions to NRC staff and beneficiaries.
- Support the formulation of annual plans for context-relevant, inclusive CRFM outreach.
- Regularly monitor the uptake of CRFM in the community- in particular, by marginalized groups through analysis of the CRFM data as well as direct observations, and liaise with field staff and CRFM coordinator to ensure inclusive access to and use of CRFM.
- Collaborate with education programme field staff on implementation of the child-based complaints mechanism (CBCM). This includes trainings and refresher sessions, attending interactive sessions with children, and scheduled, regular presence in learning centers to receive feedback and/or complaints from children
- Liaise with programmes in the field to ensure NRC accountability team is updated with most recent developments and processes of each programme
- Represent accountability in relevant internal and external meetings in the camp
- Conduct necessary internal and external referrals for service requests and conduct protection referrals, including Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), in line with NRC Jordan SOPs
- Contribute to the quarterly CRFM reports by analyzing data at the field level and drafting field level recommendations
