١- Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse Team Member
The Role
Carrying out data warehousing operations and processes and developing and implementing processes for Extraction, Transform and Load (ETL) Business Intelligence for the loading of data between data sources and the subsequent Data warehouse population. As well as keeping the BI and Dwh system administration the system operating correctly and managing the BI users and reporting libraries. In addition to building the design and the data model based on the business requirements and interaction with business users.
The Responsibilities
- Administering, maintaining and optimizing Data warehouse systems to ensure high performance and availability as well as acquiring knowledge of data sources used to improve the data warehouse and BI reporting analysis.
- Designing, developing and implementing ETL tools and procedures for Data Warehouse population and reporting activities according to the data warehouse design and architecture.
- Understanding the business requirements for different tasks and ability to enhance and utilize the BI tools to deliver business oriented reporting.
- System administration for BI/ Dwh system including storage & file management, as well as maintaining and customizing data models supporting new requirements and ensuring that system security is maintained.
- Supporting other departments within Zain through providing and delivering the requested reports and revising and updating Dwh as well as troubleshooting and providing training on BI system.
- Performing regular backup and recovery operations to the Data Warehouse and ensuring changes to data sources’ content and format are reflected as well as upgrading the related systems used to ensure best utilization of existing technologies.
- Monitoring the data warehouse and business intelligence systems’ performance and integrity and detecting any issues and subsequently recommending on corrective and preventative maintenance as required.
- Maintaining the documentation of ETL processes between source systems and the Data Warehouse to ensure consistency of operations across the information systems.
- Researching new relevant tools, technologies and systems as well as contributing to the development of new practices and procedures to enhance the performance of Business Intelligence and Data warehouse function.
- Maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure that implemented systems are properly and periodically upgraded and maintained as well as obtaining support through the system development processes.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field..

WHAT
Implementing recruitment while ensuring alignment to the overall plan to achieve Zain’s objectives, including facilitating, coordinating, and providing support in interviews in particular, and the overall recruitment process in general.
HOW
You will be responsible for :-
- Implementing recruitment while ensuring alignment to the overall plan to achieve Zain’s objectives, in addition to providing initiatives and new ideas to improve recruitment process.
- Coordinating recruitment process through posting vacancies through internal communication channels and through respective advertising media, as well as receiving applications, and screening CV's as per the functions’ standards to convey the most qualified candidates to the concerned manager.
- Expanding the company recognition in the job market through attending career fairs to support the attraction of qualified candidates that meet Zain’s workforce requirements.
- Following up on candidates’ recruitment through coordinating and conducting interviews, scheduling employment tests, as well as handling relevant communications such as arrangements calls, apology letters...etc, to ensure timely and efficient recruitment process.
- Documenting recruitment activities as per standards in order to sustain correct and complete database for future references.
- Building Relations with Universities and find new channels that can get applicants from.
- Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
WHAT DO I NEED?
- You will be required to have Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- You shall have 2 years of relevant experience.
