Function and Responsibilities (F&R)



  • Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports.
  • Tax and social security reporting and deductions.
  • Collecting and analyzing data, this is then used in the preparation of weekly and monthly estimates and reports.
  • Advising on estimates for courses and funding.
  • Creating KPI reports.
  • Preparing weekly cash flow statements and controlling expenditure.
  • Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts.
  • Responding to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data.
  • Examining financial records to check for accuracy.
  • Managing and training staff when necessary.
  • Assist in setting up systems and procedures, budget preparation, monitoring and control.
  • Carry out checks and take remedial action required in relation to: accuracy of financial documentation and records, administration of bank accounts and petty cash, compliance with financial regulations, computer/manual input documentation.
  •  Handling and auditing venues reservations invoices and rent cost.
  • Maintenance of courses tracking and attendance sheets.
  • Collection reporting and handling candidates’financial matters including all payments channels.
  • Courses material inventory processing.
  • Exploit the capabilities of modern financial systems (Accounting packages/ Microsoft Office).
  • Performing some administrative tasks upon need.
Requirements & Behavioral Preferences
  • BA Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of Practical Experience in Financial Fields.
  •  Good Understanding of Management Principles.
  • Some Knowledge of Training & Institutes Industry Best Practices.
  •  Good in Regular Business English Language and Emails.
  • Very Good Level in Microsoft Applications, especially Excel & Word.
  • Good Oral and Written Communication and Interpersonal skills, in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong Personality.
  • Analytical Thinking &Highly Motivated.
  • Hardworking, Efficient, Flexible.
  •  Deadline-Orientated and an Ability to Stick to Time Constraints.
  • Ability to Manage Own Workload and Manage Priorities.
