٣- Ability to organize information, follow priorities, and meet deadlines.
٤- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills both verbal and written.
٥- Meticulous attention to detail.
٦- Perceptive and aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
٧- Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
٨- Independent but uses discretion to seek input or guidance from the Design & Development Manager.
٩- Cultivates creativity.
١٠ - Confidence and ability to develop and evaluate a number of options and implement solution.
١١- Good knowledge in programs such as InDesign, FreeHand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver.
