Office Manager-Jordan
A professional systems integration company based in Amman is looking for a reliable (office manager) to join their team.
Responsibilities :
• Assist managing director in all administrative tasks, according to need and as assigned in terms of follow-up on implementation of all tasks.
• Organize and file relevant documents both electronically and in paper.
• Draft correspondence in both English and Arabic, conduct research as required, produce documents, briefing notes, reports and presentations.
•Follow-up on all tasks and projects, and bring to the attention of the managing director deadlines, actions to be taken, and any other necessary matters.
•Organize and maintain managing director’s agenda, making appointments and alerting managing director when required.
• Keep an overview of all the ongoing programmes/projects.
• Arrange travels, including booking flights and arranging for accommodation, scheduling meetings
• Photocopying and printing.
• HR duties (Attendance, leave, days off
*Requirements :
• BA in Business administration, public administration or any related field.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• (1-2) years of experience.
• Computer and research skills.
